Qui des RP digitales, du marketing ou de la communication va la remporter ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Attach\u00e9 de presse\u00a0\u00bb : Si d&rsquo;aucuns sont encore attach\u00e9s \u00e0 ce\u00a0vocable, presque d\u00e9suet, le m\u00e9tier aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;a plus rien \u00e0 voir ou presque avec celui que je pratiquais il y a 25 ans, et nous avons gliss\u00e9 inexorablement de l&rsquo;attach\u00e9 de presse aux RP. RP comme relations presse, puis comme Relations avec les Publics.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que nous avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 Cyndie Bettant , Responsable Marketing &amp; Communication de Cision France et moi m\u00eame devant un public attentif pour le dernier Caf\u00e9 Synap que j&rsquo;animais en tant que Vice-pr\u00e9sidente du SYNAP.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 35 personnes s&rsquo;\u00e9taient r\u00e9unies au seins de ISEG Marketing &amp; Communication de Toulouse, pour venir \u00e9couter ce que nous avions \u00e0 dire sur cette fameuse bataille de l&rsquo;influence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Cision France<\/h2>\n<p>A partir de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude passionnante r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Cision France qui posait la question de la bataille de l&rsquo;influence, nous avons, au travers d&rsquo;exemples, de chiffres-cl\u00e9s et de retours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, expliqu\u00e9 combien les \u00a0professionnels des Relations Publics \u00e9taient bien les plus arm\u00e9s pour aborder les \u00e9volutions majeures qui traversaient notre secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Le ma\u00eetre-mot est en effet \u00a0le contenu, ou \u00ab\u00a0brand content\u00a0\u00bb selon la locution angliciste barbare mais tr\u00e8s usit\u00e9e. Or, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de parler de contenus, les RP sont largement \u00a0en avance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u00a0leur outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence : le communiqu\u00e9 de presse. Mais il nous faut aussi d\u00e9sormais savoir utiliser toutes les arcanes \u00a0des Relations publics :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>devenir un m\u00e9dia soi-m\u00eame et m\u00eame un influenceur,<\/li>\n<li>faire le service apr\u00e8s-vente de l&rsquo;article publi\u00e9 via nos blogs ou nos comptes sociaux,<\/li>\n<li>savoir s\u00e9duire les blogueurs,<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9clencher l&rsquo;engagement de nos publics,<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9diger tribunes et contenus de blogs servant aux r\u00e9f\u00e9rencements pour le marketing et la communication<\/li>\n<li>et\u00a0m\u00eame\u00a0r\u00e9pondre aux exigences parfois drastiques des applications \u00a0de SEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Autrement dit, aujourd&rsquo;hui; l&rsquo;attach\u00e9 de presse revient aux\u00a0fondamentaux de son histoire : il\u00a0est le conseiller en relations avec \u00a0(tous) les publics, envers et contre tous&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le sp\u00e9cialiste de la relation qu&rsquo;elle soit virtuelle ou IRL (In the Real Life), sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou dans les meetings ou conf\u00e9rences de presse. Pr\u00e9curseur, le #RP\u00a0doit faire preuve de doigt\u00e9, de p\u00e9dagogie, de persuasion, faire de la\u00a0prospective \u00a0&amp; de la veille pour bien accompagner les entreprises et les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00eames qualit\u00e9s de savoir-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;auparavant ? Oui mais en mieux !<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias\u00a0nous trouvent encore bien trop timor\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on pourrait leur apporter et si certains secteurs sont traditionnellement tr\u00e8s conservateurs, 91 % des journalistes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur Twitter et l&rsquo;utilisent pour leur veille&#8230;.<\/p>\n<h2>Une \u00e9volution qui nous fait passer \u00a0de la recherche de la retomb\u00e9e presse \u00e0 celle de l&rsquo;engagement<\/h2>\n<p>A chaque secteur, son r\u00e9seau social et sa\u00a0mani\u00e8re\u00a0d&rsquo;engager le dialogue avec ses publics mais ne nous y trompons pas, aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce qui prime, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;engagement et c&rsquo;est bien sur ce point que nous seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de personnes touch\u00e9es par nos informations,le nombre de lecteurs potentiellement atteint, \u00a0l&rsquo;ouverture des liens, le nombre de clics, la visite du site ou du profil sont aujourd&rsquo;hui des indicateurs bien plus pertinents et performants que la suppos\u00e9e contrepartie\u00a0publicitaire.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, l&rsquo;article obtenu et publi\u00e9 sur le web, outre le suppl\u00e9ment de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 du \u00e0 sa provenance (le journaliste est le premier des influenceurs avec un pouvoir de recommandation peu \u00e9gal\u00e9) \u00a0a l&rsquo;\u00e9norme avantage de pouvoir \u00eatre partag\u00e9, relay\u00e9 de multiples fois sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Une long\u00e9vit\u00e9 \u00a0grandement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e qui ne peut que servir les organisations et les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9volution pour\u00a0certains d&rsquo;entre nous qui peinent encore \u00e0 persuader les\u00a0clients\u00a0de consid\u00e9rer positivement un article obtenu dans une \u00e9dition digitale ou des citations positives sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une difficult\u00e9 pour nos interlocuteurs dans les organisations quand nous leur demandons d&rsquo;\u00eatre\u00a0beaucoup plus r\u00e9actifs pour coller aux imp\u00e9ratifs du web !<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une gageure que de changer de paradigme : l&rsquo;engagement est devenu la cl\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>Cela change tout dans la strat\u00e9gie de prise de parole.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y avait des messages venus des hautes sph\u00e8res, il y a d\u00e9sormais un dialogue avec l&rsquo;ensemble des parties prenantes\u00a0, ce qui suppose des changements de postures parfois difficiles pour les organisations et entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Les RP digitales nous obligent \u00a0\u00e0 \u00eatre bien plus cr\u00e9atives, innovantes et percutantes et surtout agiles !<\/p>\n<p>Un atout ?
